Diagnostics and prices
Based on an initial free contact during which you will have informed me of your wishes for your accommodation (with photos or an on-site visit), I will be able to establish a quote corresponding to the services implemented for you.
Depending on the number of hours or interventions required to complete your project, I can offer you packages.
If necessary, we can take some time to make a diagnosis during my first visit (1.5 hours maximum).
This essential step for certain projects consists of establishing your specifications: your tailor-made project.
It allows you to express your needs, your desires and it allows me to identify your request: Is it for a sorting/tidying up, is it for home staging, is it for a new decoration or even an optimization of a space?
At the end of this first meeting and depending on your profile, you will have had a concrete overview of how I proceed.
You will also be able to have an inspiration board or a visual of what your room could look like after the intervention.

Space optimization package billed at €199/1.5 hours and per zone (or room if it only has one function).
Bathroom and kitchen design packages are billed from €299/1h30 (1h "guided" visit in a specialist store included).
These packages concerning space optimization include the diagnosis and the creation of two projects (plans + visuals, with decorative inspiration board)
Packages related to sorting and storage are adapted on a case-by-case basis. Basic rate of €60/hour.
Decreasing rates (reduced hourly price if it involves sorting/tidying an entire house for example).
Interventions dans le Maine-et-Loire et la Vendée.
Au-delà de 30km de Cholet, 0.60€/kms en sus.
Un coaching à distance est aussi possible.
