Ma Sweet Home
"What if you felt good
at your place ?"

It is with this quote, which is very much in keeping with current events, that I suggest we start this new school year.
Once the little holiday blues have passed, it is good to put back into place little routines that regulate, comfort and provide security to the daily lives of young and old.
Among them, tidying up can become a sovereign tool to keep a serene mind. Raising your child with this learning of sorting and regular tidying up will help give him stability for life. It will also teach him the ability to give, then to give of himself.
What virtues!
Moreover, you quickly get a taste for it as long as you practice it in a fun or at least positive way.
Because, like cleaning, tidying up does the mind a world of good, boosts it, oxygenates it!
So on your marks... Ready? Go!!
Does this task seem difficult to you?
So, maybe it's time to take your home in hand. If there's a lot of stuff, maybe it needs to be sorted first?
No, it's not complicated!
Start by listening to yourself...

Take the time to look at each room;
What do you want to keep with you?
What has become indifferent or painful for you to look at?
Please, do avoid this pollution of the mind which consists of supporting day after day objects which do not resemble you/no longer resemble you. This is more toxic to you than anything else.
This will purify your interior and lighten the atmosphere of the house.
You can't imagine how much your mind will be relieved but also re-energized!!

Does this seem insurmountable to you?
Don't stay alone, I can accompany you.
With MSH, one goal: to make you smile again with a house that suits you!
It is she who must make your life easier and not you who must submit to her possible constraints.

So, take the plunge and give your home a little detox!!
You will breathe...
